Security, telecom systems and multi-vendor infrastructure support
Three solution areas sit alongside the maintenance practice: security validation and secure access, telecom billing and mediation environments, and OEM-agnostic support for server, network and storage estates.
Cyber security
Capabilities referenced in security validation and secure access, delivered with the technologies named in ATS materials. Security work is handled under the same access controls that govern all client engagements: need-to-know access, secure credential handling, controlled remote access and audit trails.
- Security validation
- Continuous testing of whether existing controls behave as intended, referenced through SafeBreach.
- Secure access
- Software-defined perimeter access for users and administrators, referenced through AppGate SDP.
- Cloud and digital
- Cloud application development, systems integration, data and analytics and adjacent automation services.
Telecom technology
Experience referenced in billing and charging, mediation, event data management and supporting technologies for telecom environments. The same practice covers related BSS and OSS integration work for operators and their systems integrators.
- Billing and charging
- Support and integration experience in revenue-critical billing and charging environments.
- Mediation systems
- Collection, normalisation and distribution of usage records between network and business systems.
- Event data management
- Handling of high-volume event data and the supporting technologies around it.
Infrastructure maintenance
OEM-agnostic support for server, network and storage estates, including post-warranty and lifecycle extension services. Coordination and management of technical interventions is included, guaranteed to respect the SLA commitment.
For critical systems, SLA design can include rapid response, defined restoration and resolution targets, engineer dispatch and spare delivery. ATS materials reference service models as fast as 15-minute response and four-hour resolution for selected scopes; final commitments are stated in the project-specific SLA schedule.
- End-of-service and end-of-life equipment support
- Hardware health and configuration assessment
- Spares planning by criticality, installed base and location
- Planned replacement and migration roadmaps
- Business continuity through escalation and engineering coverage
Five coverage models and their commercial terms
Each model carries its own spares arrangement, subscription basis and service-level position. Models can be mixed across an estate so that critical systems and commodity systems are covered differently.
